Whether you're using a mobile device or a computer, the steps to download an audio file are relatively similar.
In this guide, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process of downloading your file(s) from your order confirmation email on different devices. You'll learn how to save the file in the appropriate location and play it back using your preferred audio player.
1. On a Mac Computer
To your downloads folder:
- Open the order confirmation email you received after you placed your order. This contains the download link(s) for your file(s).
- Click on the file link. Your web browser window will open and you will be presented with a prompt to download the file. You can choose a location for your file such as the ‘Downloads' folder.
- When you click ‘Save' the file will start to download automatically.
- Once the download is complete, the audio file will be saved in your Downloads folder. You can access the Downloads folder by clicking on the Finder icon in your Dock and selecting “Downloads” from the left-hand sidebar.
- If you now want to save the audio file in a different location on your computer, you can drag and drop the file to the desired folder on your Mac.
- If you want to listen to the audio file, you can double-click on it to open it in your default audio player, such as iTunes (now Music) or QuickTime Player.
2. On a PC
To your downloads folder:
- Steps 1, 2 and 3 are the same as for a Mac computer.
- Once the download is complete, the audio file will be saved in your Downloads folder. You can access the Downloads folder by opening File Explorer and selecting “Downloads” from the left-hand sidebar.
- If you want to save the audio file in a different location, you can drag and drop the file to the desired folder on your PC.
- If you want to listen to the audio file, you can double-click on it to open it in your default audio player, such as Windows Media Player or Groove Music.
3. On an iPhone or iPad (iOS 16+, using Safari)
To your downloads folder inside the Files App:
- In your Mail app, open the order confirmation email we sent you after you placed your order. This contains the download link(s) for your file(s).
- Tap on the file link. Your Safari web browser will open and you will be presented with a prompt to download the file. Choose download.
- Now go to your iPhone/iPad's home screen and tap on the Files App. Inside, in the downloads folder, you will see your file downloading.
- Once the download is complete, you can tap on the file to play it.

Please note: If you would like to add audio files to your Apple Music app, you need to download them to a computer, add them to the Apple Music application, and connect your iPhone/iPad to the computer with a charging cable. Once connected, you will see the iPhone/iPad in the application and can right-click on a file to add it to your phone.
4. On an Android Phone or Tablet
To your downloads folder:
- Open the order confirmation email you received after you placed your order. This contains the download link(s) for your file(s).
- Tap on the file link you want to download. The file may start to download automatically, or your mobile web browser window will open and you will be presented with a prompt to download the file. If the latter, you can choose a location for your file such as the ‘Downloads' folder.
- Once the download is complete, swipe down from the top of your Android phone's screen to access the notification panel.
- You will see the audio file download notification. Tap on it to open it in the default audio player.
- If you want to save the audio file, tap on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the audio player screen.
- Select “Save” or “Save as” from the options provided, depending on your phone's operating system.
- Choose the location where you want to save the audio file, such as the “Downloads” folder, and tap on “Save.”
- The audio file will now be saved to the selected location on your Android phone.
- If you want to listen to the audio file, you can open your preferred audio player app and navigate to the location where you saved the file. Tap on the file to play it.
