Our royalty free license lets you use our long-play meditation music for a variety of purposes.
Most meditation music stores sell short clips of music, usually no longer than 15 minutes.
Our meditation music is provided in a standard length of one hour, so you can create guided meditations, hypnosis tracks, yoga videos, short films and more.
Our music also has the benefit of being tuned specifically for relaxation and healing.
We tune our music to the frequencies of the popular Solfeggio scale, which will be of greater appeal to therapists and healers who are familiar with the benefits of these frequencies.
Once you purchase our license, there is no need to pay additional mechanical (reproduction) royalties or any add-ons.
All you have to do is contact us with your project requirements and, once approved we will issue your license.
There are three license categories to choose from.
License A: CDs & Website Downloads
License A let's you can use our music as background music for projects produced for sale on CD format, or provided as a download from a personal website.
This covers but is not restricted to the following use cases:
- Guided meditations.
- Hypnosis recordings.
- Spoken word tracks.
- Other spoken therapy and artistic use cases.

License B: YouTube & Podcasts
License B lets you use our music to create YouTube videos and podcasts.
This covers but is not restricted to the following use cases:
- Guided meditations.
- Yoga videos.
- Spoken word/poetry.
- Documentaries.
Pricing:
$100 per track.
License C: Film & Multimedia
This category allows you to use our music as background music for amateur film and multimedia projects.
This covers but is not restricted to the following use cases:
- Amateur video and film projects.
- Corporate presentations.
- Audio-visual tutorials.
Pricing (Per track):
- 1 track: $200
- 2 tracks: $350
- 3 tracks: $500
License Restrictions:
- Our music cannot be sold or distributed as a standalone ‘music only' product.
- Our music cannot be sold on iTunes, Spotify, or any other streaming or download service provided by a 3rd party.
- Our music cannot be used in mobile applications, unless the use case has been specifically cleared at the time of the license purchase.
- Our music cannot be played naked (as standalone music) for longer than 2 minutes without a voiceover or other audio accompaniment being present.
- You cannot create subliminal recordings in which your voice is inaudible. Your voice must be audible in all use cases.
- You cannot alter our music and then claim the musical composition as your own: For example: you cannot add new sounds to our music and then sell or distribute the music as your own product. Any audio-only product you create must include a voiceover.
- You cannot sub-license our music to any third party, nor can you sell our music as part of a production music library, as stock music, royalty free music, or music sample library.
- If you are creating recordings for clients or anyone else, these cannot be duplicated, distributed or sold by your clients. Only you have the right to create and sell recordings that incorporate our music.
- You cannot use the titles of our recordings as the title of any production that incorporates our music.
How to Purchase Your License
Each royalty free meditation music license requires prior approval. We do this to ensure we fully understand your intended use case before permitting the music to be used.
To purchase a license, please do the following:
- Choose the music you want to license from our store.
- Then email us your request using the contact form.
- Provide as much detail about your project as possible: Use case, intended place of sale, number of copies.
- If your request is approved, we will send you an invoice for your license.
- Once the invoice is paid, you can download and use the music.
- All music is provided in .mp3 files at 320 Kbps, with .wav files available on request.
FAQ:
1. Can I use your music to play in my spa/massage/yoga class?
Yes. You don't need a license for this. You can purchase the music as normal from our store and play it in your shop or class.
2. Can I edit the music?
You can edit our music by looping it, cutting it, applying fade ins, fade outs and transitions from one track to another, but the original composition must remain the same.
In other words, you must not add additional sounds or instrumentation. You can of course add your voiceover, as this is required.
3. Can I re-sell your music as it is?
No. You must not leave more than 2 minutes of any part of the song naked, without some form of audible voiceover.
The duration of your project must contain at least two thirds voice-over.
4. Can I create a guided meditation and sell it on release it through CDBaby/Distrokid/Ditto, etc?
No. We don't allow our music to be distributed to streaming services through distributors like these.
5. Does the license expire?
Only if you exceed the use case. For example: if you purchase License A on Tier 1 and you have sold 500 downloads and want to keep selling, you will have to purchase a new license.
